Do you cut holes in my ducts to clean them?
Yes. Under normal circumstances, we will need to cut two holes in your system to clean it properly. When we’re finished, we plug the holes completely. For additional answers to our customers’ questions, consult our informative new FAQ section below.
How will I know if my air duct system was cleaned properly?
We will enable you to visually inspect all areas we have cleaned and determine for yourself the state of your ductworks. We will allow you sufficient insight via the access panels reaching the entire system. If any dust or debris is visible upon your visual inspection, we will not consider the job done.
Will cleaning my air duct system create a mess?
Throughout the duration of our HVAC system cleaning process, we will have your furnace turned off. Before we turn it back on again, we will inspect and ensure all components are dust and debris-free. Once we restart your system, there will be no dust blowing out the vents as the interior surfaces will be cleaned. Therefore, there will be no mess upon completion of our work.
